Electrombinoscope, exposition du 12 novembre au 16 décembre 2013 à l'Echonova (Vannes)
dans le cadre de Music Act' : bits, music & retrogaming !
Electrombinoscope est, à la façon d'un freak show, un hommage non exhaustif aux artistes électroniques pionniers ou contemporains dont l'oeuvre et les productions nourrissent au quotidien mon travail d'auteur-illustrateur. Qu'il s'agisse d'electronica, de ghetto techno ou de musique acousmatique, ces perceptions sonores génèrent des empreintes accessibles au subconscient, un champ de vagabondage et d'exploration infini qui trouvent écho dans mon processus de création.
De Wendy Carlos à Arpanet et Legowelt, en passant par Kraftwerk et Yellow Magic Orchestra, Electrombinoscope est un work in progress d'avatars de pixels à géométrie variable qui combine le numérique à l'artisanat, la basse définition à l'infiniment petit.
